The NBHL (No Boundaries Hockey League) was initially established in 2002 as a fun league for Ford Motor Company Employees.   Both Fall leagues (8 teams) and Spring leagues (6 teams) are played throughout the calendar year.  Players are rated 5.0 (highest) to 1.0 (lowest).  Each team has a rep and teams are drafted by the rep for each season.  This allows for a fairly equal team competition.
